    « RECORD »

Disposition: Might is a young man with a cheerful disposition and a good nature. He is, at his core, a loyal guy: his adventures begin because he's seeking a friend who went missing after saving his life. He has a deep affection for Adonis (romantic in some routes) and willingly puts himself in harm's way for the sake of rescuing his precious friend. Even when it's discovered that Adonis is possessed by Hardeus, a demon who had threatened the world once before, Might is willing to undertake the great task of fighting him for the chance to bring Adonis back. Their bond is so deep that no amount of evil can threaten it.

Might never once states that he wants to save the world, only that he wants to save his friend. Since he's such a naturally good person, any "heroism" comes as an afterthought. Ordinary good deeds are his bread and butter, commonplace and natural.

He is altruistic and forgiving, displaying kindness to humans and nonhumans alike. Though he is tortured by Hector before the first route split (and therefore in every variant of the story), he can even end up with him romantically. Might saves Prince Werne from a crowd, then later from a monster; neither incident is done with any prompting or knowledge of the victim's high social status. Might and Lawrence also free Pam from a slaver, giving him the same treatment as an ordinary human (rather than treating him differently for being a beastman).

There is an element of adventurousness to Might's personality: he is descended from someone who defeated the demon Hardeus in the past, so heroism is literally his birthright. He takes easily to the typical "travel from village to village" routine that he falls into with Lawrence during the reconnaissance part of their journey, and he almost always turns strangers into good friends.

Might is a positive person, believing in the ability of himself and his friends to save the world and, by extension, to save Adonis. He refuses to fall to despair despite the hardships faced along the way. He is tortured; he sees villages razed to the ground by Hardeus (the "silver chaos"); and yet he manages to always move forward to find a resolution.

Despite being the protagonist of a game that features intimate relationships, he's naive and easily flustered. Whether he's trying to defend himself from Leica's towel-snatching antics in the communal bath or he's oblivious to wet dreams about his good friend, Might doth protest too much. And let's not get started on his reaction to Ragsiel trying to use his body for masturbation once the god possesses him.

All in all, though he is a little one-dimensionally decent, he is an upstanding person who strives to be excellent to others.

Suitability: Although he's the protagonist of an explicit game, Might does not actually have much in the way of intimate encounters until the epilogues of each route; he is a straightforward hero who's focused on emotional bonds and cultivating friendships. He is good at connecting with others even when they appear different from "normal", so the gembond transformations shouldn't trigger a negative reaction. He also deals with magic-users on a regular basis, so their powers won't seem unusual.

Condition upon arrival: Might has recently been possessed by the god Ragsiel, but this possession grants him no separate powers and does not enhance his physical condition. Upon arrival, the god has been separated from him once more, leaving an ordinary human behind. He is worried about the upcoming eclipse, but he will be quick to offer his assistance if he learns that he can't be returned to his world immediately.

Abilities: Might is a skilled swordsman, but that's honestly the extent of the abilities he can boast.

Inventory: Sword, light armor, one earring with vague magical properties but no partner to glow in response to.

      Gembond: Ruby
Gem Location: Earlobe, like an earring

    « MISCELLANEOUS »

      Sample:
Might touched his earlobe with reverence. The gemstone embedded there wasn't a match for his earring - this stone was red instead of brilliant blue - but it was no less fascinating than the magic ornament. His tail swished thoughtfully and the sound made him jump.

      "Wh-What's that?!"

He spun around like a dog, attempting to catch the offending limb. It was forked, equal parts snake, goat, and large cat.

The gemstone had facilitated his transformation into a monster of some kind - but this was divine power too, wasn't it? Not granted by a god but by this world itself? It was a primal force. A good force. It was something to be embraced and used for the betterment of everyone and everything.

Might relaxed slightly. He never set out to be a hero, but if heroism was in his blood, he would rise to the occasion. He would would do his best for Noctium and find a way to make it home before the eclipse.

      Adonis was counting on him.
